The POWER HOUR (2 hours in length) is  ideal for senior employees and executives who require a working knowledge of your company’s disciplinary process and the basic requirements of the Labour Law provisions governing discipline, but due to time pressure cannot take a day or two out of their work schedule. During the POWER HOUR, we will distill your disciplinary code and apply it to the provisions of the Labour Relations Act and current employee relations best practices. The primary objective of the power hour is to assist senior management to understand the company’s policies around disciplinary processes, and the basic provisions of the law so that informed disciplinary decisions can be made.
